The home’s floor-plan is covered with 48 in. porcelain tile and accented by 8 in. baseboards. All interior doors, including the primary bedroom closet barn door, are 8 ft high with a wood-grain finish. All door hardware and plumbing fixtures were selected in a chrome finish. Adding to the project’s clean and open design, floating vanities were installed in all 4 bathrooms, including a double vanities in the J&J and primary bathroom.
