Below are photos of a complete interior remodel Rausa Builders Corp. just completed in The Falls Area. The project included a new kitchen with custom wood cabinets, self-closing hinges, quartz counter top with backsplash and stainless steel appliances. New custom bathroom vanities were installed in all baths along with quartz counter tops, new lighting and mirrors. Custom closets for all bedrooms including his/her closets in the master bedroom and a linen closet in the hallway. The laundry room was also upgraded with custom cabinetry, quartz counter top and a stainless steel utility sink.
Sherwin Williams Antique White Satin interior paint, floor polishing and minor tile repair were the finishing touches on this project leaving the home in move-in condition for it’s new owners.

We hired RAUSA for a major house renovation that had to be completed within 2 months! They were very organized, met us on the weekends to go over everything, assisted us with the shopping of the materials and got the job done on time, so we could move in before Christmas. We had some pending items and plumbing issues after moving in and they came back and fixed those. We would highly recommend Nelson and his team, particularly Gabriel. Thank you!
