This homeowner in Miami’s Kendall neighborhood contacted Rausa Builders for their roof replacement needs. Their shingle & flat roofs were both old, weathered and well overdue for replacement. The tongue & groove in the rear patio roof had termite damage and was also completely replaced.
The old roof was a 3-Tab Shingle Roof and was replaced with a GAF Timberline HD Birchwood Architectural Shingle. Architectural shingles add more dimension to your roof than a standard 3-tab shingle at a slightly higher cost.
