This lovely home in the heart of The City of Miami was built in 1947 and it’s owners wanted to bring it up-to-date with a modern design. Rausa Builders Corp. completely gutted the residence and brought it back to life with a new modern kitchen, bathrooms, floor tile, interior color-scheme and lighting.
The kitchen was completely redesigned which required knocking down walls and relocating appliances, electrical and plumbing. It was updated with new wood kitchen cabinets and stainless steel appliances.
The bathroom upgrades included new floor & wall tile, new tub, modern wall-mounted vanities, toilets and trim.
