The photos below are of a roof replacement in South Miami consisting of Flat Tile & Flat Roof (B.U.R.). Like many South Miami homes, this one was built in 1959 with 2 pitched roofs and a flat roof in the center. The homeowners decided on a brown cement tile roof to compliment the future color scheme of the home.
