A before & after look at REO repairs on this bank owned property (a.k.a. REO/Real Estate Owned) in Broward County. The majority of the budget on this R.E.O. repair project consisted of replacing/upgrading all windows to impact windows and roof replacement with substantial rotted decking & truss replacement. The remainder of the budget was used on interior for carpet replacement, door replacement & interior paint. The main goal for the property owners was to stay within budget and get the property back on the market for re-sale.
