Rausa Builders Corp. recently completed a red shingle roof replacement on this 2-Story Duplex in the City of Miami. The existing shingles were old, more brown then red, brittle and cracking. Some were in such poor condition that portions of the roof needed to be covered with blue tarps. The roof job also required a small amount of flat roof replacement over the front porch.
