Rausa Builders replaced the Flat Tile Roof with a Double Roll Cement Tile at this home in Davie, FL. We removed and hauled away all the old roof tiles after stripping the roof down to the decking. The decking was then re-nailed to Florida Building Code requirements, paper and tin-cap installed with a layer of Polystick on top prior to installation of the Double Roll Cement Tile.
