This nice cottage home was in need of a new roof after several patch jobs and a huge leak in the middle of the dining room. The home was located in Southwest Ranches, just west of Davie, FL. The homeowner chose an architectural shingle (a.k.a. dimensional shingle), similar to the one previously installed, giving the home a fresh new look and a nice texture to their roof with the architectural shingles.
