Below is a gallery of a small new roof on a townhouse in Margate. The homeowners had applied a sealer over the existing shingles in an effort to stop the leaks, but eventually had to replace the entire roof. Once we received HOA approval on shingle style & color, the roof was simple and quick, leaving the homeowners very satisfied.
