This complete remodel was of a 2,500 sq. ft. home in Cutler Bay. It was a 2 story home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Impact windows and doors were installed to protect the home during storms and hurricanes, while also helping to reduce outside noise. Porcelain plank floor tiles with a woodgrain pattern were installed throughout the 1st floor, 2nd floor and stairs.
The kitchen updates included an open concept with floating shelves, a large island and a pot-filler over the range. The client chose KitchenAid for all their appliances.
The guest bathroom features an accent wall with small black tiles installed in a herringbone pattern and a Laufen toilet.
The linen closet at the 2nd floor landing was converted to 4 large shaker doors in black.
The primary bathroom features a dual vanity with vessel sinks by Laufen and lighted mirrors by robern. Inside the glass shower enclosure is a freestanding tub by Hydro Systems, dual shower heads and a rain shower.
