Inside, Filled & Honed Travertine Tile was installed throughout all Floors and Bathroom Walls giving the home a unified feel. The new floor plan called for an Open Kitchen Design which required removal of previous interior walls enclosing the kitchen. The Master, In-Law and Guest Bathrooms were completely redone with Cultured Marble Vanity Tops, Glass Shower Doors and Travertine Tile on Shower Walls. Bedrooms were fitted with individual Vanity Sinks and Jack & Jill Bathrooms with Tubs and Toilets.

Complete Interior Remodel in the City of Miami

Remodeled Hallway

This lovely home in the heart of The City of Miami was built in 1947 and it’s owners wanted to bring it up-to-date with a modern design. Rausa Builders Corp. completely gutted the residence and brought it back to life with a new modern kitchen, bathrooms, floor tile, interior color-scheme and lighting.

The kitchen was completely redesigned which required knocking down walls and relocating appliances, electrical and plumbing. It was updated with new wood kitchen cabinets and stainless steel appliances.

The bathroom upgrades included new floor & wall tile, new tub, modern wall-mounted vanities, toilets and trim.

Complete Remodel With Home Additions

This is a complete remodel with multiple additions to the original structure and roof. We built an addition to the entrance of the home requiring a new roof and decorated support columns, giving the home a complete new look by itself. We also added part of a dettached garage to the homes living space and keeping half of the garage for storage. The addition of the previously detached garage to the home added an additional 900 sq ft of living space. The original concrete floor had to be cut to run new electrical and plumbing to accomodate the interior remodeling design. The home was completed with an all new look and new roof.

Miami Home Addition

This home addition required some demolition of the original structure in order to add more entertaining area, a bedroom and bath. It added an extra 800 sq. ft. of living area to the residence and required new block walls, a concrete foundation, a new roof and interior framework.
